1. Information about us

Andara Stars is the brand name under which leisure wear and other items designed by Kathleen Carpenter are marketed and sold. The company is based in Malaga Spain and is managed by Kathleen Carpenter and Jose A. Barrera.

 

2. Agreement
Ownership of Goods supplied by Andara Stars shall pass to the buyer upon payment of the full purchase price.

Andara Stars agrees to supply the goods indicated on the order form, from the date that payment has been made using one of the Andara Stars authorized payment methods specified on this site. Refer to Payment methods in the Online Shopping System section.

 

3. Prices
These are as listed on the website. Prices are inclusive of VAT, but excluding delivery.

 

4. Delivery 
Delivery will be undertaken once full payment of goods is received. The delivery options are available are Regular and Urgent and you can choose one on the checkout menu.

Regular Express
Spain 24 h.
Europe 5 – 9 days 24 / 48 h.
World 10 – 21 days 2 – 4 days

 

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS/ CUSTOMS, VAT, DUTY:

Please be aware that your item/items may be held for additional customs, duty or VAT specific to your country. These fees are different for each country and we have no control over them. Please note that any fee you may have to pay for this is separate from your purchase with Andara Stars. Customs procedures may also slow down the shipping time and we have no way of speeding it up. We are also not able to mark a different value as stating a false receipt is illegal, so please don’t ask us to do so. Thank you and we hope you understand!

 

5. Making Your Order 
Orders must be made via the Andara Stars online shopping system. Once orders have been accepted, delivery method selected and payment made, then the order will be processed and delivered to the specified address.

7. Returns and Dissatisfaction

Our goal is  to provide an excellent customer service. If you are not happy with a product, we will offer you a refund or an exchange as long as the product is returned in perfect condition, has not been used or washed, within 14 days  after having received it.

Please note that with special sales, discounts and promotions all purchases are final. If for any reason you wish to return the item/s, we accept exchanges but no refund will be given in these circumstances.

Please keep in mind that we hand dye some of our garments, so slight imperfections and fadings may occur from dye bath to dye bath. This is the nature of dyeing things by hand and on natural fibers. We consider this a proof of an artisanal procedure and usually don’t refund slight color differences and imperfections. Colours may also vary due to computers colour settings.

All returns must be approved by Andara Stars. Please make contact with us by email before shipping anything to us. Unapproved items returned without prior notification are not the responsibility of Andara Stars. Items received for return will be carefully inspected before any refund, credit or exchange is given.
